We are in URGENT need of ALL PRIDE ALLIES and supporters. We are protesting the We Unify Speaker Series: Hold The Line with Artur, Kristen & Maggie. Guest speakers are known anti-2SLGBTQ+ activists.

This event is being held TUESDAY MAY 28th at Mosaic Oaklands Chapel (formerly Oaklands Bible Chapel), 2736 Fernwood Road, Victoria, BC, V8T 3A4 from 6:30 to 9pm.

Please join us as we declare our unwavering support and solidarity with all gender-diverse and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals in our community in Victoria and beyond. Go Home Transphobes!!!

PROTEST DETAILS:

MEET at 5:30pm | Oakland’s Community Centre
2827 Belmont Ave, Victoria, BC

At 6pm, our group will walk down to Mosaic Oaklands Chapel for a peaceful demonstration until 9:30pm. Do not engage with event supporters, they may try to antagonize and provoke you, just ignore them as best you can and record any interactions. We will have Disney music on standby to blast if they record us.

Nobody leaves alone. Make sure you have a safe ride to and from the protest. Cover your face and identifiable features (tattoos, unique clothing or bags, etc.) Turn off your google map location tracking. Turn off your phone bluetooth and WIFI.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:

Artur Pawlowski is a hate preacher from Calgary, AB and is a prominent voice in the Christian nationalist and anti-lockdown movements. He is active in anti-2SLGBTQ+ and anti-Muslim spaces and maintains friendships with organized hate groups including the Northern Guard and Soldiers of Odin.
Artur became the leader of the Independence Party of Alberta in 2022 and then formed a new political party, the Solidarity Movement of Alberta and became a registered party with Elections Alberta on May 8th.

The other two speakers are Kristen Nagle and Maggie Hope Braun. All three speakers are were involved with the 2022 Freedom Convoy in protest of vaccine mandate.

ABOUT THE VENUE:

Mosaic Baptist Church, formerly known as Oaklands Bible Chapel, merged with Mosaic Church in April 2024. They are affiliated with Calvery chapel churches and are pro-conversion therapy.
