Join us at the “Rise Up With Alberta! Trans Solidarity Rally” Sunday, February 4th from 2-3 pm at Stuart Park in Kelowna. In response to the shocking Alberta government policy announcement undermining the rights of trans individuals, especially youth and supportive parents, we’re rising up together in solidarity.

In today’s political landscape, minority human rights are under threat, and trans communities are becoming political pawns in populist movements across the nation. Even in BC, we’re not immune to these impacts. As we approach the provincial election in October, trans rights and SOGI 123 will be central to the conversation as political parties vie for power.
