Past, Present and Future: The Evolution of Trans and Gender Diverse People’s Rights in Canada

The goal of this presentation will be to put current discussions and debates about Trans and gender-diverse people in a historical context with a focus on the evolution of the discussions and debates about trans and gender-diverse human rights. Through situating these debates in a historical context, the presenter will provide recommendations for future directions.
